Join Sarah for a 5 week women’s group that offers a supportive, safe space to slow down and reconnect. Together, we’ll explore stress, boundaries, self-trust, and emotional healing through a trauma-informed, body-aware lens. The group gently supports awareness of how life experiences live in the body, while building tools for regulation and self-compassion. You are invited show up exactly as you are, no fixing, no pressure, just space to be heard and supported.
What to Expect
Each week we will explore a new topic. Each session we will spend time journaling, discussing topic questions, and end with 20 minutes of gentle yin yoga or breathwork.

In week one we will focus on cultivating safety. We will discuss fear of falling apart and vulnerability and how can we safely use connection & vulnerability to come back together again. We will be practicing tuning in body scan & recognizing sensation cues.

Summer flowers never feel the cold of winter. How can we work through self criticism and shaming, challenge showing up perfectly, and cultivating deeper self trust. We will reflect on journal prompts to build self trust, ‘shovel C’s’ of coping with shame, and use heart opening yin yoga poses to start to open up.

In week 2 we build self trust so week 3 we can explore barriers to navigating change and relinquishing control. We will practice different breathwork patterns to help you find a sense of anchoring when feeling overwhelmed.

In week four we will look at where your energy is going, where you want it to go, and what boundaries need to be reinforced. We will practice somatic containment skills and moving gently through end points.

In our final week we explore what are the building blocks of self compassion and what you can continue to practice to build capacity to manage stress.
Group Details
This will be a small closed group consisting of 12 group members. A closed group means by signing up you are committing to attend all five weeks. Sarah decided to keep the group closed to build greater safety and cohesion over the six weeks.

No, if you would like to participate in this group you must sign up for all 6 weeks.

It is strongly encouraged you adjust your schedule to attend all 6 group sessions. If you need to miss one please set Sarah know ahead of time. She will then send you the journal questions from that week to complete.

Please contact Sarah directly if you are looking to use health insurance. This may possibly be an option. Please know this is dependent on your insurer and your plan. You will be still be responsible for any eligible co-pays or fees.
