Nurturing Safety Drop In Group
$5.00

Join Sarah Virtually over this 8 week drop-in group to explore topics like stress, boundaries, self-trust, and emotional healing through a trauma-informed, body-aware lens. This group offers a supportive, relationally safe space to slow down, reconnect, and feel less alone. Together, we’ll build awareness of how life experiences live in the body, while building tools for regulation, self-compassion, and connection. You’re invited to show up exactly as you are—no fixing, no pressure—just space to be heard, supported, and grounded.

What to Expect

Each week we will explore a new topic. Each session we will spend time journaling, discussing topic questions, and end with 20 minutes of gentle yin yoga or breathwork.
