You don’t have to navigate the holiday season alone.
The holidays can bring joy and connection, but they can also bring stress, loneliness, family dynamics, grief, and the pressure to hold everything together.
This fall, we’re creating a safe and supportive space for women to slow down, connect, and feel less alone. Our Women’s Support Group, run by Anastasia, will offer a space to share, be heard, build connection, and learn tools for navigating the emotional challenges that can come with the holiday season.
✨ A space to breathe.
✨ A space to connect.
✨ A space to feel supported.
You don’t have to have it all together to belong here.

Woman’s Support Group Winter Session
You don’t have to go through the winter season feeling alone.
Winter can invite us to slow down and turn inward, but for many women, the shorter days, less social connection, stress, and emotional heaviness can make this season feel especially difficult.
Our Women’s Support Group, ran by Adriana offers a warm, supportive space to connect with other women, share what you’re experiencing, and prioritize your emotional well-being during the winter months.
Together, we’ll create space for connection, reflection, self-compassion, and learning tools to help you move through the season with greater support and intention.
✨ A space to slow down.
✨ A space to reconnect.
✨ A space to feel seen and supported.
You don’t have to navigate the winter months alone.

Self Esteem Support for Young Adults
January 2027
Virtual Group with Anastasia
What if you felt more confident being yourself?
Your 20s can come with a lot of comparison, self-doubt, uncertainty, and pressure to have everything figured out. It’s easy to get caught in negative self-talk or question whether you’re “doing enough” or “good enough.”
Our 4-Week Young Adult Self-Esteem Group, run by Anastasia, is a supportive space to explore the way you see yourself, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build a stronger sense of self-worth.
You don’t need to become a different version of yourself—you deserve support in becoming more comfortable being who you already are.
Group Details
This will be a small closed group consisting of 12-15 group members. A closed group means by signing up you are committing to attend all six weeks. We have decided to keep the group closed to build greater safety and cohesion over the six weeks.
About Anastasia
Meet Anastasia!
I want our sessions to feel like a safe space where you can be yourself and know you’re truly heard and understood. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Niagara University and hold a certification as a Clinical Trauma Specialist for Families, which strengthens the work I do with individuals and families impacted by trauma.
Most of all, it’s important to me that you feel supported and empowered at every step of this journey. I look forward to connecting with you and exploring your path forward, together.Frequently Asked Questions
