We offers individual therapy to address a wide range of difficulties. Your sessions can take place in person or over secure video call. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or trauma, we can work together to build the skills and strategies you need to feel more grounded and supported. Adolescence can be a time of big changes, new pressures, and strong emotions. Therapy offers teens a space that’s just for them … somewhere they can talk openly, build coping skills, and make sense of what they’re going through. Anastasia specializes in teen therapy and is focused on creating goals is to help your teen feel understood, supported, and more confident in navigating the ups and downs of growing up.
