You will be contacted via email or text within 48 hours of your inquiry to set up a 15 minute Discovery Call.

How do I know if therapy is for me?

It is very normal to feel nervous to start to restart therapy. We work to create a safe space for you to share. Start therapy is a big step!

How long does therapy take?

How do I reschedule an appointment?

Please reach out to your therapist via email to reschedule or once your client portal is set up, you can request appointments through the client portal.
