Sometimes the problem isn’t that you don’t love each other, it’s that you’re caught in a pattern neither of you knows how to break.
Relationships have the power to help us heal, grow, and feel deeply connected. But they can also bring old wounds, stress, and protective patterns to the surface.
Are you feeling….
Stuck in the same arguments, even when you want things to be different? Disconnected from your partner and unsure how to find your way back to each other? Like you’re communicating, but not actually feeling heard or understood? Frustrated by recurring patterns that seem impossible to break?
You’re in the right space.
