My Approach
I want our sessions to feel like a safe space where you can be yourself and know you’re truly heard and understood. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Niagara University and hold a certification as a Clinical Trauma Specialist for Families, which strengthens the work I do with individuals and families impacted by trauma.
Most of all, it’s important to me that you feel supported and empowered at every step of this journey. I look forward to connecting with you and exploring your path forward, together.

After you book your Meet & Greet consultation through our Simple Practice link we will meet via the video link and discuss what is bringing you to therapy, goals, scheduling, and payment.

I currently accept HSA/FSA and private pay as forms of payment. The cost per 60 minute individual therapy session is $100. Presently I am not able to accept any insurance plans. You can always request a superbill from our office to submit to your insurer.

Presently I am only offering virtual individual therapy sessions as our location for treatment.

Outside of counseling, I love playing tennis, traveling the world, going to Pilates classes, sipping matcha, painting pottery, and spending time with my family and dog.
