Hi there! My name is Alicia
My name is Alicia, and I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults heal through creativity, compassion, and meaningful connection. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, family challenges, or significant life transitions. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted, just as you are.
My Approach
As a Creative Arts Therapist, I believe healing extends beyond words. Art therapy provides a meaningful way to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be difficult to express verbally. Whether we incorporate creative expression, traditional talk therapy, or a combination of both, our work together will be guided by what feels most supportive and effective for you.
