Part-time Licensed Therapist Job Description

• Hourly Rate per Session: $35-$40 per hour

• Work Environment: Options for fully remote, select in-office days, or hybrid schedules

• Practice Support: Billing, client referrals, advertising, insurance credentialing, and an EMR system will be provided for you.

• Employment Type: W-2 Employee

• Clinical consultation and support at no additional cost
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required.

• Licensure: Active LMHC, LMHC-D, or LMFT license in New York State.

• Independent Practice: Ability to manage and deliver clinical services autonomously. You will be in charge of your schedule which includes contacting clients, scheduling/re-scheduling, and managing cancellations.

• Commitment: Motivated to build and maintain a consistent caseload.

• Provide high-quality therapy using evidence-based methods.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Adhere to state and federal confidentiality regulations to maintain state licensure.

• Engaging in continuing education based on your licensure.
