Big emotions. Big changes. A safe space to work through it all.

Supporting teens through anxiety, self-esteem, stress, and life’s transitions

When your teen is struggling, finding the right support can make all the difference.

The adolescent years can bring big emotions, changing relationships, academic pressure, and the challenge of figuring out who you are. Sometimes, teens need a safe space outside of home and school where they can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.

Meet Adriana

I’m a Mental Health Counselor who works with adolescents and adults. I believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported, so I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are.
