1. Intake Assessment
Your first appointment consists of a standard Mental Health Intake Assessment. Here Sarah will assess for general mental health concerns and gather a history of your overall wellbeing.
-
2. Assessments & Evaluations
In our second session we complete any additional information needed from the standard intake. We review the CAARS assessment and the process of self reporting. We also complete the CATA and CPT 3 assessments.
-
3. Review Results
In the third session you and Sarah review the results of all the assessments once they have been scored. Sarah walks you through the outcomes of the assessment and provides clinical recommendation based on results.
-
4. As Needed Follow Up & Link to Therapy
The forth session is optional for any continued questions and referrals. You can also discuss continuing therapy with our groups ADHD specialists. You can learn more about them below!
