Hi there! My name is Xenia

I often take an integrative approach and utilize many treatment types in session. I consider different approaches depending on the client and like to try many options to see what works for the client. Utilizing different types will help challenge your thoughts and beliefs and help frame your thoughts into a more beneficial way of thinking.

My Approach

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and the impact of racial and ethnic social injustices. I work with clients who are seeking support during difficult life experiences and who want to better understand themselves and their relationships.

Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and resilience. Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges openly and move toward the life you want to live.
