Hi there! My name is Andrea
Are you grieving while also navigating ADHD, late-identified autism, or a nervous system that feels overwhelmed? Loss can intensify executive dysfunction, sensory sensitivities, masking, burnout, and the sense that no one fully understands what you are carrying. Understanding how our brains and bodies respond to challenges- including the chronic health conditions that often accompany grief, trauma, and neurodivergence- is at the heart of my work.
My Approach
Certifications & Trainings
Certified Grief Counselor (AIHCP)
Usui Reiki Ryoho Master
As an integrative therapist specializing in grief, complex trauma, and neurodivergence, my work is rooted in both clinical training and lived experience. Since 2009, I’ve been a resource to the widowed community as a peer, mentor, advocate, and more recently as a mental health professional- helping to guide those who are grieving through a process of self-discovery and rebuilding after loss. I also support late-identified ADHD and autistic adults in understanding their unique neurotypes, unpacking years of masking and misunderstandings, and moving toward self-acceptance, authentic living, and navigating life with greater ease and self-compassion.

Clinical Approaches
My approach is relational and integrative, blending evidence-based and holistic modalities including nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity, somatic and energy work, and intuitive guidance- honoring the whole person in mind, body, and spirit. I hold an MA in Mental Health Counseling from Niagara University, am a Certified Grief Counselor (AIHCP), and an Usui Reiki Ryoho Master. My care is always trauma-informed, grief-literate, LGBTQIA+ and neuro-affirming, and rooted in love.

A little bit more about me
AuDHD parent to two grown kids and two elderly fur babies, and self-taught mala artisan. My work was born from my own lived experience navigating grief, healing, self-discovery, and rebuilding. When I'm not doing the work I love, you'll find me crafting malas, learning more about my special interests, and hanging out with my little family.
