Hi there! My name is Alicia
My name is Alicia, and I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist who works with adolescents, teens, and adults experiencing emotional, behavioral, relational, and life challenges. My approach integrates traditional therapeutic techniques with creative arts interventions, providing opportunities for expression, insight, skill-building, and healing beyond traditional talk therapy.
My Approach
As a Creative Arts Therapist, I believe healing extends beyond words. Art therapy provides a meaningful way to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be difficult to express verbally. Whether we incorporate creative expression, traditional talk therapy, or a combination of both, our work together will be guided by what feels most supportive and effective for you.

Clinical Approaches
Therapy does not have to look the same for everyone. I tailor treatment to the individual's age, needs, strengths, and goals. Creative interventions can be incorporated alongside conversation and other therapeutic strategies, allowing each person to engage in therapy in a way that feels meaningful and authentic to them.
